How exactly would you be able to check on player's people skills? It says that this is included in the background check so would you stalk them and see how they act around other people?

NYN use to look how you respond to people, on Facebook or here at Graalians. That's why every Graalian that might want to be a feature admin, gets a Facebook account, and a Graalians account.

(Graal Police), it would be better if you are 16/18+ when they want you to handle different kind of situations right. And not only click on the "bann-button".

what if you send your application over and over because you forgot to add some things or change some answers, would you still be able to send in application?

That's why youself should read your application, over, and over, again, to see that you didn't missed anything, or spelled something wrong. When I applied to PR
(Player Relations) for the iEra server I missed alot of questions and send it in again, and again. I also just copied it and sent in it with another name
(it was these days when I changed name like five times each day), did I got hired? Nah..
