I personally would like to see a actual "Guild" house, which would be a house for the whole guild to place furniture into. The house could be accessible from the guild menu, like where you see the buttons of "set tag". But will that happen. Probably not.

To OP:

I don't think that this will happen. Even if you it's on a by permission basis, what if I, say, had a friend who put a lot of furniture into my house, then we got into a fight, so I blocked them and unfriended them. Is their furniture mine forever? Do you give them a "remove furniture from house" option? Just things that would need to be addressed.
