The GFX Head doesn't decide on future updates. All they do is coordinate their team. There's really nothing you can blame MrSimons and latte for. There is one time where latte got pretty inactive and had put me in charge to coordinate the team, (it wasn't for long since I had quit afterwards.) but after she came to a point where she didn't feel productive enough is when I assume she quit. Same with MrSimons.
Another problem is nobody wanting to work as GFX for Zone.

Lmfao what a load of bs..most likely sucking up.majority of staff while i was there never got ios rewards(i worked there for like 3/4months [ok not that long before resigned -but did in that time nag for more power to do stuff and went out of my way to make projects -those of which that never made to game(possibly cause of my quality-although there was stuff to be worked on/improved.)
Management(including ones stated) failed at there job/never done much to progress a server simple as and nothing has changed since new management.
