If that went into the actual rejection thought process, they could have at least made a submission cap and then people wouldn't be upset.
I don't see why there wasn't a 3-5 recolor limit either, seems reasonable. Now the guy who sent in 3 recolors of his hat is going to be buttsore because another guy had 8 recolors of his hat accepted, "Wahhh, I could have had more." Just seems like it was easily avoidable if outlined a little better.
I feel like Leah could privately tell people like Teacup why her hats were denied though? I mean, she took the time to make and submit them. The least the GATA could do is reply back with feedback or an explanation, takes 3 minutes. I get you can't do that for everyone, but at least for those who seem to have submitted quality work or a high number of pieces.

thats true.. some people do need an explinatioj because a few amazing gfx artists i know got their hats rejected and it doesnt make sense to me
