Hi. I'd like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by our error. You have now been given the other hats which were approved, since it's only fair as others have received their full collections. Issues surrounding the recolours or minor edits of hats as multiple submissions will be discussed by staff involved to avoid any inconsistencies in the future.

Teacup Dolly's submissions are unrelated to this matter, but have now also been addressed. All gifts are finalised as they can now be opened, so no changes or extra submissions can take place.
