Would help a lot, as someone who has put hard work into hats and has had none of them accepted, any explanation would mean a lot.

But think, imagine all the time staff put into just passing the content players submitted into "accepted"... then having to tell all the people why their "quality" content wasn't accepted? Waste of time... but hey, I'm not telling you how to do your job. If they want to tell everyone:
"You didn't use proper AA"
"We have enough "cute" gifts"
"Your content looks shady"
"This is just a recolor of an already made..."
"Transparency issues"
"Shading is bad"
"You didn't hue shift properly"
"What is this pillow?"
"Not the right file size"
"I don't like you."
