Invalid statement. When I was in the US last year my ms was far lower than my home wifi in Australia. The same rate idea of yours is false as everyone sees everyone the same (assuming they have a moderate ms.) In addition, you also have a very biased opinion as you are friends with well known lag abusers like memo.
Should also be a spar room for American's, would make the game more enjoyable for the low latency players
