Forget device specific rooms I think it's time for MS specific spar rooms. I also think players with a 250 MS or higher should not be allowed to pk and tower. Only afk, advertisement of farms, and socializing for them. Players that do not have an American flag should also have some type of indicator above their head so we know who the bad ones are.

Maybe an option to use flag indicators. It's a little extreme to blacklist some players from playing the game at all. Lag caps for sparring and guild sparring would be reasonable. With the sever lag the caps would need to fluxuate to account for the increase of lag, that's the only problem and negative aspect of this proposal. Fp4 implement this!
