Nice idea but we can't just get people like us to vote we need like actual noobs. It sounds dumb but noobs (not to be harsh) won't be focusing on every little detail but the hat it self. So voting is free you can only vote twice for each section and there obviously shouldn't be a sign up but there needs to be some way to avoid any people who vote more than the restricted number.

Oh and one more idea: There should be an npc somewhere in graal city which should say something along the lines of "hey, come grab me" and once the player grabs it they should be redirected to the site with everything explained just my personal ideas
