we have something similar to this in the sparring community: "selective sparrers" or people who target less skilled players by only queueing against them or sparring in the side rooms. this is not "boosting" but results in a player's sparring win-loss stats to inflate in a way that is in no way reflective of a player's actual skill level in sparring. we can expose these players and everyone will see them as a trashy player with a fake ratio, but this will have no effect on their behavior. they will continue pretending they're actually good, running around through the side rooms continuing this disgusting process.
what this jami noob has demonstrated in this video is not "boosting" but results in a player's pking stats to inflate in a way that is in no way reflective of a player's actual skill level in pking. there is nothing you can do about it. you can give them a reputation as a "mob pking noob" or something to no effect, they will just continue as selective sparrers do.
they are playing the game in their own way of playing it, which happens to take much less skill. if this goes against your pking honor code or whatever, go crazy and insult them as much as you'd like but i don't see it coming to an end anytime soon, and i have no idea how to put an end to this problem.
