Ya I asked Pharaoh and he told me that only the account holding the guild can submit the hat, which I already assumed. So Trick gave me leadership and I submitted it.

You'll probably have to get get the holding acc to log on and give the guild to someone else to get the hat.

This might also work:
The owner of the email the account is linked to can probably submit the hat from that email, if he provides the account's Graal ID
