1 HP every 20-30 seconds wouldn't really do much at all considering the damage of the guns are beyond that. That'd be the same as not healing.

Although I do agree about food being taken away inside bases. (Would actually promote firemaking and its purpose to heal.) Right now firemaking is useless because food is taking the spot for the healing that it offers.
Also, with the fact that Ol' West has slow guns, food shouldn't even be allowed in bases in the first place.

And I also agree with the slowly regenrating of health. Some calculations would have to be made for that.

I agree to remove food in bases like shiz said, brings firemaking more of a purpose too.

Personally if I had it my way I would remove food entirely from the server to further seperate us from era's style of gameplay
