A part from this. I actually just got a bench press and some weights for my birthday. I'm able to do leg workouts for my hamstrings and quads and then also benching. I'm just curious, is there specific workout ruteins I should do? Or do I just do whatever I went whenever.
I also want to get a 6 pack by summer. That's my goal :p and to gain a little more meat on my stomach area cuz my ribs sorta pop out cuz Ima skinny boi
