When your opponent is at a smooth 60 ms, and your ms is double that, then they can easily hit first all the time. It's mostly a spar issue, since I don't use my pc to do anything else, but there are people who use their pc for everything on graal, and it really affects their gameplay.

The lower your ms is, the faster you get hits. They put delteria on Client, would it be hard to do for iClassic?
