Obviously they're doing something right because the player count is higher than ever. To the point where it's causing server instability at times (and even despite that it still continues to grow).

To all the people whining and bitching like a bunch of whiny bitches, if you want quantity over quality, go play Era (no offense to Era, I got back into it recently and it's still pretty fun, but you cannot compare it to Classic).

It makes me so mad when people compare Classic to Era/Zone/Ol' West given that they're such different games. Classic has an attention to detail and emphasis on quality that none of the other games have. And like Dusty pointed out, there's been a ridiculous amount of updates over the past month and a half (like that whole freaking Christmas tileset, that looked fantastic! If that doesn't matter to you; If you don't care about that, maybe you're not playing the right game).

And this is exactly why it's all subjective. Because the main update you consider "noteworthy" actually meant very little to me (I mean, I still appreciate the work that was done, but not being a PKer, the leaderboards don't really interest me). Whereas the flag furniture item, while probably meaning nothing to you, means a hell of a lot to me, as someone who loves designing houses and playing around with (and collecting) furniture.
