There's a music box at Handle Furniture in MoD Town. It doesn't do what you want, but maybe check it out. There's also a radio furniture at the Little Red Barn and you can use it to change the track in your house.

I know, but that's not really what I mean. I guess I forgot about that music box, I'll make the title less misleading. I'm not sure if you saw my addition to the post about submissions, but I still think this is a cool idea.
I would imagine the submissions part would be very time consuming. If it were to be implimented, a time limit would be needed, like 30 seconds to 1 minute, or something similar.
