GIF run at different speeds with different programs. Even different browsers will play their GIFs differently. It's a con of using GIFs.

Yeah, I did think that this could just be happening on my end. It's just strange because it only started happening to me recently, and only with the newer uploads (although, the older uploads I tested may just still be in my cache and thus aren't being affected).
I guess I'm curious if this increased GIF speed issue is happening to anyone else.
