Highly doubt they get jailed for nothing..and if you knew how process worked, then the player jailed/banned has most likely done that offence before.
plus if they wanted to appeal to the jail/ban then they could always send ticket on toonslab

Which like hardly anyone's ban gets appealed. So it's a waste of time.
Vulgarity is a common jail.
