The blue tiles are placed horribly (either by a door or a random spot) and the level looks too generic..

Also, adding paintings doesn't make it feel special..

Learn that as LAT, when you're designing a level, its supposed to be a design that was never tried before. Example: Chris kill em's mansion in iClassic is completely new according to design. It had a giant bedroom (giant is not even the term for how big it is), a unique bathroom, and a few special rooms/building designs. If you play iClassic, check it out. It should help alot towards your LAT for iEra (not trying to make iClassic look better but im just pointing it out)
