I personally think that the staff list should be placed back at the FAQ Kiosk, admins would get a lot of spam from people who just want to say "hi" but still there might be people who have something important to say and don't know who to contact. I think admins who don't want to hear what players have to say shouldn't be admins at all.

Anyway players can still use the "showadmins" command to see the names of admins who are currently online.
