I dislike it. Players can have questions or minor issues that aren't worth sending a ticket, nor worth the time it takes to go through a ticket for a staff member. I always like, as staff, and as a player, having a relationship with the community. I liked classic years ago, and granted, I probably mostly got bored, but also I noticed the staff-player relationship was cut off basically. Staff used to go on buildings and talk to players and answer questions. Although that would be annoying with the amount of players they have now, they don't have to cut ties as much as they have. Players have to deal and interact with staff constantly in a game like Graal. It's better to have a relationship, than for players to think of staff as robots that just ban them. Graal has a community, and that should be emphasized more. Yes, players send pointless PMs, but many times they aren'r pointless. Even the ones saying hi; just responding and saying hi back is a great step toward a better community and player-staff relationship. I don't know... I've just always thought that the players and staff should interact together, since the administrators are actual players from the community itself. I've always thought that admins who thought they were above everyone else shouldn't be an admin. It basically proves they're there for power, attention, or just ego, rather than the development and progression of the server itself.

While i do agree with you, i have to say that it is simply unpractical to reply to every single pm that is sent from the palyers, at least with the current amount of staff working in the server. I often find myself in situations where i have to review guild logo, public and personal uploads, check the reports and answer a few of the pms i get, all by myself. Maybe more experienced players should apply for the staff team and then someday we achieve that level of player-staff relationship.
