While i do agree with you, i have to say that it is simply unpractical to reply to every single pm that is sent from the palyers, at least with the current amount of staff working in the server. I often find myself in situations where i have to review guild logo, public and personal uploads, check the reports and answer a few of the pms i get, all by myself. Maybe more experienced players should apply for the staff team and then someday we achieve that level of player-staff relationship.

I play Zone, which at one point had a steady playercount of 600-700 players, so I can only imagine how many PMs Classic staff could get, especially during events. Not every PM should be replied to when someone's busy. My statement about even replying to PMs saying hi was assuming that the staff isn't busy. I don't know Classic's staff situation obviously, but I still think it's beneficial to have some way to create access for players to get help aside from toonslab.
