Raina doesn't talk to people like that if they "didn't said ****." She said that to get you to back off; an empty threat to make you drop whatever you started. I don't blame her for doing that. Given who she is and what she has pulled through, she shouldn't suffer any punishment from her superiors.

If you actually need admin help, just wait for an event and add the admin so you can contact them. Sometimes they recommend you to another admin who will have the answer. Keep in mind, they are mostly busy. Patience is key when asking for help.
