Lag cap doesn't seem to sort any of your problems, since the main purpose of this would be for gsts they should (if they put one in) make it a resonable ms concidering it's the GST there bound to be 4.5k+ So obviously there will be fluctuating lag (350-400ms is resonable) and I'm guessing the main point of this lag cap is to dq people like Sarah for delaying who usually sits on 250ms, so this wouldn't even help with that situation, the only thing it would help with is people who are frozen and lagging a lot which if that's the case seems like a good idea.

That makes sense. Maybe for example, Americans over 100ms dq and Australians over 200ms disqualify. Probably to difficult. Anyways, anyone excessively warping and/or disconnecting should be removed from the gst.

200ms for Australians seems very harsh especially people like me who live in different states than you, I sit on 220-250 ms usually most of the day, similar with people like nell and jarod, also counting the fluctuating lag from GST you really wouldn't be able to help it if your delay is over 200ms.
