Why don't you like it? You all need to start giving detailed reasons as to why you don't like something else nothing is going to change.

I think its rather hard, for the guild which is holding the tower, to defend it. People can just chat block the stairs and the main entrance. Maybe make the spawn area in the middle and the healers at the left and right side. + add a little bay in the middle, so its easier for the killed people (the guild members) to get up.
OR make a time limit for the afk people so they dont get boosted. If they are afk for like some minutes they get warped outside or to the spawn points.
