its a second gen, meaning its from the silver version, one of the first ones added, so its pretty old.

it is a pokemon that can only learn defensive or reflecting moves like counter,
abras are a pokemon that like only know teleport and always teleport away before you can catch them

when people can go that fast on horses by just standing around on a fully charged horse they can just run away before you can kill them, making it really annoying and bad,

i mean, try competing when everyone else has mounts, look how fast they can go, they can go right off the bat super fast, no cooldown or limit to how far they can go while at top speed, as long as you dont get hit, which only makes you go one slower, which is still super fast.

theres no gradually accelleration required, its very overpowered and unfair, especially since you have to pay a lot to get a mount.
