Do you think there would be any way to promote originality?

Instead of completely downgrading and insulting people for editing a head/body they liked and acting like they are terrible people, maybe taking a nicer approach and encouraging them to try their own and pushing them to do more and more graphics work might eventually lead to said person feeling good about using their own original work and uploading that instead.

That's what being an artist is really about.
