I get people complaining to me about stolen graphics all the time. It sucks, but there's literally nothing that can be done about it. If you post something you made on the internet, chances are people are going to use it without permission. Either without knowing it belongs to someone else or they just don't care.

People are always asking for it to be taken away from the "thief" or have them banned or both. A big reason that doesn't happen is because there's no way to prove it was stolen. We can't go around banning people that were reported for stealing graphics all willy nilly, and even if it was proven, there still wouldn't be anything that could be done about it other than just asking them if they could remove it and hoping they do anyway. Unless you copyright the stuff you make, you're going to have to suck it up.
