What will this do exactly? What was this aimed for?

I agree with this. I feel the limitation of guilds is absolutely unnecessary,
unless other functionality is added to guilds. In the terms of guild houses . . . I'd like to see a communal guild hall where players can contribute to a guild bank which can be used to fund GH room expansions, each room has a theme (varying different amounts of gralats) and after the purchase of these rooms there would be additional addons(upgrades) that can be bought. These addons have different practicality from social -> resource production.
