I don't even play classic anymore, haha. I just gave my opinion. And @Goten, I never said I was a towering legend lol. I said I did tower, because I did, a lot. I started on iPhone server with Gold. We got over 100 hrs (and we struggled a hell of a lot because as I said, we weren't a part of those hat chasers that go from 1k to 1k (Yea I just used a double parenthesis. We later jumped 1k to 1k once we got our name/ability out, but at the beginning, we didn't )) <- I think that closes all my parenthesis. I'm above caring what the community thinks of me, or lack-thereof. However, you pretend like I only led guilds on FB server, which isn't the case at all. I led multipke guilds on iPhone server too. I used the FB server to build up my loyal members who stuck with me through multiple guilds, just like the guilds do now and have been doing for years. As I said, it's easy to get 1k when you just get hat chasing members who hop from guild to guild. For a beginner guild to start up and achieve 1k without those guild hopping members is a lot harder. That's a whole different discussion for how the towering system should be improved. Also if you read my first post, I recommended changing the GST reward entirely so it's unique. I also never once said towering is easier than winning the GST. In fact I said they cannot be compared. I also said that allowing custom hats for winning the GST would just devalue that even more. They're already so common because of guild hopping. Why couldn't there be a unique sword that is actually equipped when you walk as the prize, or something different? I know classic likes to keep it simple, but if they were to change the prize from a staff-made hat, it shouldn't be changed to a custom-made hat.
