We aren't unbeatable
Thallen can't "whip up" a winning team, more goes into it than just that
Sparring and Guild Sparring is accessible to everyone
I'm positive Thallen doesn't recruit people that "float" to Alumni
We deserve a lasting, tangible reward

Some people think there is absolutely 0 effort put into winning a GST when you're in Alumni and that just isn't true.
We don't deserve a good reward because we're good at sparring? That's a first.
Like Red said, we're very close to retiring so I have very little to gain from this personally, I just feel like the prize should reflect the difficulty of the achievement.
