yes: accomplished sparrers with GST hats.
no: roleplaying kids who will never win a GST hat in their life. why are you even voting?

not only should we be able to edit a GST hat, we should be able to submit an entirely new hat. there are way too many custom tower hats to count, which takes less than 3 months to complete unless you're bad, and towering doesn't even take skill (sorry!). we wait for 3 months to compete with the best players in the game, and then have to choose from 3 predesigned insanely ugly throwaway hats (yes offense btw)? i don't see how this makes any sense at all. reward 25 players who sit AFK at towers spamming ":3" in guildchat with creative freedom, but reward the top players in the game with some disgusting cat/noob head/whatever idiotic idea they spew out next?

unnecessary side note: the whole froot guild is filled with weirdos
