Depends on what you want.
Stock android is great, but personally I flash ROMS.
TouchWiz is also great with tons of features, but the ones you never use will bog down your system.
Speaking of ROMS, the Nexus 6P can actually get them since it's open source unlike the S6 Edge.
Real talk, get the Xiaomi Mi5. Google it.

The S6 doesn’t let you flash roms? If that's the case, then mobile Samsung devices have lost any last thread of respect I had for it (lol, while I'm typing on a Samsung Tab A). Anyway, if you want
real real talk, look up the specs for the Sony Xperia Z5 premium.
I was pissed when I found out they discontinued Sony's line of phones on T-Mobile and Verizon.
