How about a weapon, or something similar, you can only use when you have VIP. This makes it so VIP get special advantages with items, but they're available to everyone new or old so no one misses out whilst giving special items to those with VIP.

For example a gun that is similar to the Rippers but you can only use when you have VIP, and is removed when you stop VIP subscription.
