The whole point would be to fix VIP by making ammo fairly uncommon and a limit to how much you can have at once, while VIP gives you extra/unlimited. The items would also be good. I think it would be a good idea also to make exports teleports for VIP only, even though not many people probably use that... it would just be a perk to VIP.
