I was looking through all the replies, and saw some suggestions on the Event House in Era. I totally agree with the Event House. I will name the disadvantages for the queue, warper, and event house methods.
Queue - random players chosen, very low chance to get into event (around 1/3000)
Warpers - same players that know the map and warp spawns get in the same events over and over, warper glitches (unsticks you)
Event House - what items would be distributed since events would be hosted often.
Another suggestion could be NPC PM events, which reward gralats. But that is all for me.
