Does this fully prevent people getting your IP through skype or does it just make it harder for them to do it? Either way Ty Jerret You the real MVP for sure!

Microsoft has done some updates that have stopped resolvers (so just knowing your username isn't enough anymore) from working but due to the P2P nature of Skype it's still going to be somewhat possible for someone to get your IP through your Skype. The truly paranoid should proxy their Skype or not use it at all.
