Im on pc. Re-installed, updated, and restarted everything. Cleared cache and whatnot... no idea what's wrong.
Tried in chrome and (shudder) IE too. Same issue.

I wouldn't know. If you have a mobile device you can use, may as well just try that; they seem to be working fine.
