Its the dilouge from a npc by the house. He must have activated the dilouge but lag delayed it.

Problem is, that's NOT the sign from the house... which was why it was confusing. I got the same thing repeatedly yesterday. Isn't there now. Where the dialogue is from, I'm not certain... the old removed NPC guy who had the flags?
