So good idea or no? Prize motivates people to work and there's a prizes most likely for it , probrally like 3 top winners and like 6-7 individual winners *the 6-7 is a suggestion* top 3 get a prize for there best item chosen and the rest get there item chosen *what ever the task is* and they get a prize still so no one left out but won't be as good as the top 3
