I have some of the same feeling whenever I'm low on iron or vitamin D. You might want to go see a doctor and take a blood test. You could also be depressed, but I also have signs of depression whenever I lack vitamins or iron. I was struggling with getting up to my two classes per week, and I pretty much stopped doing anything but sleep and watch netflix. When I started taking iron again it got way easier to get out of bed and go to classes.
