OT: As everyone else has said, I think you should find someone to talk to. I think I know how you feel because I feel like that sometimes - lethargic, tired and just feel like doing nothing. I wouldn't call it depression (unless you are feeling sad), maybe just laziness?
I would go outside more, take a look walk and go out with some friends. Your best bet is just trying to distract yourself by exercising or hanging around other people.
