No. Just no. All you need to do in KOTH is gather 20 noobs and have them run in circles in either the Castle or Snowtown flagrooms. The only skill you need is the ability to press the 'Recruit to Guild' button.

And all you need to do in a regular tower is have 20 people sit in a doorway...towers in general don't require a lot of skill these days, but KOTH does require more.
