I think Jack probably slowed down on ganis for zone because there was no motivation and he had been hired on Delteria (I think it was) where everyone wasn't incompetent. Hell, I started coming on once every 3 days to check tickets because there was no motivation, but I was previously one of the most active staff who put effort into Zone.
