Anyways Incase anybody else like CM doesn't know how to read, I listed examples of habits that people do for HOURS, TV, Social Media, ect, that can lead to be sad because your literarly spending hours doing nothing with your life.
Then I listed some examples with constructive ways to spend your time, explaining how getting USEFUL things accomplished, will make you feel better than spending TOO MUCH time on BS.
And when I say teens in depression, I say that because teens are always the moody ones, they are developing. You shouldn't take medication to fix a problem that can be fixed by accomplishing real life goals. If you have a goodjob, good friends, a good girlfriend, good hobbies(working out, reading books, writing ect), and work hard in school, and you still aren't happy, then you probably actually suffer from depression.
