His trial was supposed to be this month but got pushed back, basically if you don't know about this **** though he basically snitched on himself with this song, "Hot *****"
But the reason I'm bringing this up isn't because of this moron, it brings up a bigger question. How can they use his lyrics as evidence? Isn't there freedom of speech, and even if not wouldn't every gangster rapper be in jail? I could dig up songs with worse lyrics that are likely true in a minute.
What do you guys think? He turned down an 8-year plea, and his homie just got 50 years, I personally think he's ****ed, but if I was his lawyer I'd have a field day about the lyrics as evidence.
