It's been 2+ months and surprisingly patient, and honestly I wouldn't be nor do I believe anyone else would. Also as someone who has worked in customer service industry for over 20+ years, I would not ask/expect a potential/paying customer to do the work to fix it. I would make sure, especially as a business owner, to apologize for the inconvenience and work diligently to rectify the situation. A simple fix for this would be for unixmad would be to add Relic's IP to the list as an accepted IP.

Like I said, no one is agreeing with how he's being treated, but clearly nothing is happening. His best bet is to change his IP. I'm just stating facts.
