All good points. Here's my reasons for not liking Fates over Awakening: I don't like the characters and I don't care about the story.

The confession convos in Fates make me want to kill myself. They are pretty much all the same ****. I also can't stand that all of the men have to be married, because I hate most of the male characters. I didn't even finish playing through Birthright. I forced myself to finish Conquest. I don't feel like finishing Revelation.
