no. we need to re name it to something different like "Mansions". EVERYBODY can have their OWN guild house WITHOUT even having a guild you can make one. Makes no sense at all. Guild houses should be owned by the GUILD, everybody in the guild contributes. The "guild houses" we have now should be re named to Premium House or "Mansion" or whatever.
