Nah but really it depends on how you feeling, like if something on your mind alot, you'd tend to be less likely to sleep i.e. family relative died, work/college/school stress, basically any problem. Once you sort that out/take that out of your mind then you'll sleep better.
... But also stuff like doing fitness or just generally tiring yourself out through out the day i.e working harder than usual will help, also try cut out on if drink any energy/fizzy drinks throughout the day.
